(Berney & Associés SA) was founded
in August 1993 by Charles Berney. In addition
to traditional fiduciary activities (accountancy,
audit, taxation), Berney & Partners soon developed
extended services, in particular as regards council
of companies, m&a and corporate finance. It
continued its development while associating itself
with other fiduciaries to form the Berney &
Partners Group, one of the principal fiduciary
groupings in French-speaking Switzerland capable
of offering professional services and expertise
and to effectively satisfy the needs of its customers. |
